Privacy policy
What this website does and does not collect.
Scope
This policy covers the website only
This policy describes how the Clarity Psychiatry & Wellness website handles information. It is not a Notice of Privacy Practices under HIPAA; that notice will be provided separately when the practice opens and begins seeing patients.
Because the practice is not yet open, this website does not offer scheduling, messaging, payment, or any means of submitting personal or health information.
What Is Collected
No personal information through this site
The website is served as static pages. Standard, short-lived server logs may record technical details such as an IP address and browser type, as is typical of any website, and are used only to operate and secure the site.
- No contact forms, sign-up forms, or intake questionnaires
- No accounts, logins, or stored profiles
- No advertising trackers or retargeting pixels
- No selling or sharing of visitor information with third parties
Analytics
Privacy-preserving by choice
If website analytics are used, they will be privacy-preserving analytics that do not build advertising profiles of visitors and do not track people across other websites.
Advertising trackers of the kind commonly embedded in websites are deliberately not used here. On a psychiatric practice's website, the pages a visitor reads can themselves be sensitive, and that information should not be handed to third parties.
Changes
This policy will be updated before opening
This policy will be reviewed and expanded before Clarity Psychiatry & Wellness opens in early 2027, alongside the Notice of Privacy Practices required once the practice begins providing care.
